New Frame

Can't remember if i made a thread in this or not but here goes:

I have been saving up for a new frame and with christmas and all i can pretty much buy any frame i want.

I am 5'8" (hopefully still mildly growing), i do park, street and i am getting into trails. It doesn't have to be majourly strong as i have taken off my pegs which is what caused my old frame to bend and money is not an issue (for the most)

Some Ideas i have are:

S&M L.A.F
S&M Black bike
Any of the new mutinys
Alone Maiden
Any FBM
Any T1
etc...

Suggestions people please!

Fit Hawk? He rides trails a lot so it should work well for that.

They have that warning on all their Ti parts.

If you built that bike up, with all Ti parts you could have like, a 14lb bike.

But I doubt a smooth rider who only rides smooth parks could make it last a extended amount of time.

If I was rich, I would buy that frame just to fool around with it.

Well, a LAF, S3 and others will be just what you are after for trails.

But, for 200$ shipped...take a look at Seshin. Damn nnice for a great price.

Or go after a Standard.

If you're after a trails bike, why not get a trails frame (fit hawk)? Common sense buddy. But I would go with Sunday because I have heard a bunch of problems with the Fit Hawk and Sunday frames have always had a good rep.

It's designed for the trails. Just like the Macneil Bibi. I forgot to mention it.

what makes you say that? IMO, no trails frame should have a low stand over height and short chainstays

Hmmm... I could have sworn it said so on Fit's website. Guess I misread and/or confused it with the Bibi.

It's a common misconception because Chase hawk rides alot of trails.

That too. It's pretty much all he rode in Fitlife (or maybe it was all he rode). I just got the fitlife shirt from dans... sick sick.

Beerman dented his up pretty good. The one friend I know that has it doesn't rock pegs and is pretty easy on his bike, so he has no problems. But I assume you're not going to be that easy on it. Why not just go with a Sunday?
