Some questions (just started BMXing)

I'm just a beginner and bought my first BMX, it's K2 Reaper (pic and info) . I'm planning to ride mostly on street. Did I choose a good bike? It seems that the body is pretty thick and heavy compared to many other BMX's, not sure though... Actually I didn't have much choice here in Finland, not many shops selling BMX's.

Also, any tips learning the basic tricks are certainly welcome. I can't do even the bunny hop well yet. Should manual be hard to learn?

its weird to tell someone how to bunnyhop and maunal cuz every one does it different. just try different ways and they work off of that in to your own way. i do mine really weird cuz i used to race so i tuck my bike up when i get max height which means its harder for me to do tricks. but i have learned better like going from manual to bunny hop to manual. just work at your own pace. your bike will be decent for now. i mean u'll want better as u move on but a heavy bike makes big muscles so later a light bike will be easy to move around you. thats what its like for me atleast. once again people have there own styles nad thats mine.
