o..but can i DIY a motion light?? where by that the wire runs free from the bulb and that the freely run wire will touch the rim whern i cycle?

What exactly do you need lights for? If it's safety just get reflectors.
Tire Fly's are basically a valve cap for your tires that has a light on it that flashes.

The Tireflys are both for safety and style. Reflectors are not especially stylish, but they are practical.
