what doesn't make it a flatland bike right now?
you have to give more information about your current bike. but I would tell you to keep saving your money and learn to ride the bike you have.
a new bike WILL NOT make you any better if you just started. you can ride the bike you have for the next year easily.

he could get a smaller, flatland frame. like a qaumen clad. in my ride bmx its going for 149 usd. Im not sure how much that is in £ but you could get some other things like a smaller chainwheel.
