Specialized Fuzion 1 for $130?
So after realizing my trek nav. 100 wouldn't be durable enough to take even the slightest hint of a bunny hope I decided to look into bmx bikes since I enjoy doing tricks and such. Anyway I was in luck because my friend was trying to sell his old Fuzion 1 because he had bought a stolen and wanted to get it out of his garge. I went to his house today to pick up the bike to try it for a few days and thought it would be worth posting here it see if its anygood. I'm about 5ft. 8 and 150lbs. The bike itself came in almost perfect condition, upgraded pedals and grips, perfect frame condition etc. (my friend messed some of the parts of the bike up but he either repaired them himself for the easy ones like grips and such and took the hard stuff into a bike shop). The bike runs fine but the only problem is that there aren't any brakes on it. So here are my questions. Is this a good buy? Should I invest in brakes and how much? How high should I raise the seat? Is specialized a good brand?
Any comments or suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks

specialized is alright for cruising. after a while, youll need to swap out any of the stock parts that are left cause theyre gonna break quick. brakes arent too expensive... check out dans
www.danscomp.com
they have everything youll need. also, ask your friend if he still has the brakes that came on it
