brakes.

hey im looking to put a straight cable on my wtp novaa. I was wondering what would be a good cable and brake lever to get? For levers i was gunna get a odyssey medium or small lever. I was thinking shadow cable but not sure what to look for so i came to you guys. I have a gyro, and was wondering when i take it off would i have to get new forks or what?

Thanks guys!

and since youre gettin rid of a gyro, you might need to buy some headset spacers to make up for the lost height.

Yeah street rider is right. Your gonna need spacers.
Get the oddysey monolever in whatever size, oddysey linear cable. Do you want brakes too? If so get the Evo 2's.

Just get some carbon spacers if you want to pay more.
The linear cable is just a lot better, i'm not sure the difference i know it's better though lol.
The m2 is for gyro and the monolever is not for gyro.

spacers are like $2 a peice. but i got a bunch of em for free haha. i went to the place where i bought my bike like three years ago, told the guy i needed some headset spacers and couldnt remember the exact size, and he just gave me like one of every size he had. no cost to me.

Get the Linear Slic. It's stiffer, which makes it so it doesn't kink up. But, I got a 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, and 20mm spacers for $10 at my LBS.

For the lever you choose what color and size you want it. Just choose what you think will look best on your bike.
