you have to undo all of the threaded washers and threaded cones. and remove your pedals first. then just pull stuff off and out.

One of the cranks will be reverse-threaded, as will the nut holding the cranks to your bottom bracket.

first remove right side pedal. the remove the nut followed by the washer behind it. then you remove the piece that holds the bearing in. pull the bearing out of that side. when you start to pull the crank out the other side make sure that bearing comes with to. turn and twist the crank until you see how it comes out and pull it.
