help me ID these cranks and fork

these are the cranks and fork that came on a mutiny soldier I bought a few months ago. the dude I bought it from didnt really know much about it but I recognized most of the parts when I looked at it. I've looked everywhere but can't figure out what the cranks and forks are. I know Ive seen the cranks before. bottom bracket is american and they use the same spindle as the poverty POW's with 19mm splines. the arms are 175mm and are rhd only.
