The best advice I can give you is to measure it yourself or take it to your bike store

Your first problem is that you're riding triple-walled Alex rims in 2009.

Why let unused rims sit on shelf?

I think I solved my braking problem...Who in there right mind would paint wheels black?

I took a wire wheel to my Alex doubles and now I heave a nice rough surface for braking.....and it looks cool too So I guess the Alex's will sit until I bust a wheel, A'll be sure to post pics when done with the bike.

I'm getting black Rhynolites. But I'm also getting Shimano DXR brakes so I'm not too worried about the black rims.

I am the new guy. But I say a ryno lite xl and a dxr [I have an XT an ryno xl pretty much the same] is a very nice combo if set up properly.
