Finally got my strida!! ready for BMXing!!

Hey all, new here.

I finally got my Strida bike (the great bike they advertise at the top tight of page).

Been saving for like 6 months in order to afford this. Im only 16 and dont make too much with paper route.

i Paid 749 for it, and im ready to rip up the BMX park. I also wanna learn flatlands.

Ok so heres my question.

Im a noob to BMXing, and ive spent enough time on this forum to finally realize to get the Strida.

I need your guys help in transforming this bike with the best parts.

Maybe give me some links to where i could get the best pegs, and rims from. I want to make it stronger.

I cant wait to show up at the BMX park. The ladies are gonna got crazy when they see me!!

Unless the sport of BMX has changed a lot since I was a teenager I wouldn't think a 10" wheeled foldable bike would be ideal. Although, I have been wrong plenty of times in my life...

Hey guys. Sorry i couldnt write something sooner, but been really busy with the new bike. Upgrading it, and learning some new moves.

First id like to comment on the remarks you guys have made about a "TROLL". Im guessing you guys are thinking this is not a real post and some kind of joke. Well it isnt, and im disappointed in the fact that i needed advice, and you guys think this is all a joke. Well its not.

Well anyways, i think i got ripped off with this bike. The sales person i spoke to at Strida told me this would be the perfect bike for BMXing, but unfortunately its not. I am now attempting to return it but they say since i added pegs to it that they wont take it back.

I started having second thoughts about it from the minute i opened the box.
And the other day i took it to the skate park and attempted to start learning some tricks. I went off a ramp, and when i landed the frot wheel fell off and i almost broke my arm.

Im starting to believe this bike is trash, and i think i got the wrong type of bike for this sport.

Im really upset!!!!

I will not believe this till you post a pic of the bike with your username on a piece of paper hanging on it.
This is just too stupid

Word. That thing can't even be upgraded, let alone pegs. Have you never seen a bmx bike before? Seriously how could you even ride that in a park without getting laughed at and someone saying anything. Why would you even pay seven hundred whatever for that? Have you been kept in a basement and just let out.

There's no way anyone would do any bmxing with that bike unless they value their own well being. I actually have one but it's only to get to work and back and I don't even dare jump a curb with that! Folding bikes are never used for anything that takes air cause the pivot points are the weakest link.

I did a handrail on one of those once. A triple kinker, no less. The axles were toast afterwards, but, hey, that's progression for you.

When he posts his pic, and still claims he wants a refund, I'll contact the owner of Strida (Areaware). I sold them their original ad spot, and I know who to get hold of.

Of course, I could totally be bluffing, since this guy's just a troll.
