Check eBay if that is all you have to spend, then ask even then before you buy.
The single best flatland bike at anything approching a reasonable price is the DK Signal at www.flatlandfuel.com
The CHEAPEST you are likely to find any bike that is safe for you to ride is about $250.00
$150.00 is about how much they charge for good bikes at a department store, but do you think your parents would buy a car from a department store... where they also buy their diapers? Not likely. Department store bikes have zero quality and should only be a last resort if you truly can't afford a decent bike. Don't get discouraged, but $100.00 more isn't that hard to come up with if you can find some odd jobs or have nice relatives. Mow some lawns, do some chores, deliver some papers... it adds up quick.
