Hh ?

Have a stripped frame and there is a shield logo with HH inside. What (brand) is this?
DOn't think I'm completely stupid... I just don't know ANYTHING about BMX. I'm fixing this up for my son to ride... just can't get him into Roadbikes..... yet!?
