Atomlab used to make an adapter and hub-- until most riders realized it was a heavy and stupid idea for BMX.

What are the benefits?
Your rim doesn't get scratched? I dont care about that, that's why i got a chrome rim.

there are better and cheeper ways to go just get a good u-brake (fly,proper, odyssey, ect.) with kool stop pads
if you get the clear ones you wont get rim silver

I was interested because i was lazy and spray painted my rims and my vbrakes made lines thru the paint.. they make clear pads?

It's not that they don't mess up your rims, they mess them up slower. Plus, the color of the pad has nothing to do with how it wears the rim, it's how hard or soft the pads are

it can be done, but you need to have an adapter for the caliper mount, and you need a 110 spaced disc hub, which profile makes, but almost nobody else does
