It's a very short frame which makes it better for small guys under about 5'6" or so. It also is very much an entry level bike. Nothing, not one part is 'good' on it. But, the design of the overall bike is good and the parts aren't crap, they just aren't good either. No chrome rims, tri-moly frame, nothing at all high-quality.

But, it isn't Wal-Mart either and the frame design is very good for that price.
