Ok I got it home and can post better pictures, looks a little like an old JMC but the fork looks more powerlite I really have no idea. Cant wait to start building it up though.

Spent an hour looking for one, but nope. The Chromo sticker is the only id on it. It does have a thin oval profile top tube and oversize down tube. Closest I could find to it at the bmx museum sight was a Skyway, but none of those are looptails and I don't think they made a 26" the previous owner collects rare 20" stuff, and could not find out either.
Someone has to have seen one before!

99 % sure it is an early circa 80-81 CW I just found one like it on ebay, also pre serial number. Can't wait to see what it goes for I need to talk the previous owner out of a pair of gold araya's to go with it now.

The CW frameset is now at Maas bros. for 3 stage powder coat, I just need spokes and I will have all the build parts.
nos suzue hubs with rear flip flop in gold, silver Araya 7x, gold seat post, gold clamp, gold GT stem, chrome CW repro bars, blue tires, Silver Sugino Maxy cross cranks with black ring, black (for now) generic caliper and lever. Blue KKT pedals. Can't wait to ride it.
