size off forks

Are the forks on a mongoose barspinnic 1-1/8 inch?

Without seeing the bike, only someone who does some research (for you) will be able to answer this. Either take a picture of the stem/forks on the bike close up and post them, or go to your LBS and have them tell you in 2 seconds what size fork it is.

Almost all forks on frames in the last 3 years are 1 1/8", but Mongoose does some really stupid things sometimes.
