Help me identify this bike...need opinions

I know its a Redline, but that's about it. Someone wants to sell me this...just wondering if it's a piece of **** or not, thought I'd ask here. Note: I know NOTHING about BMX bikes. Just want something to mess around on.

pretty much stay away from anything with a kick stand mount cannondale bmx's werent all that bad they were pricey in their day but im not sure what all the hype was about. id offer the guy 50bucks for the RL throw some 3-pieces on it and go
