i built my back rim just with a normal 4X lacing pattern and i almost got it true just put setting it up to the wheel wouldnt move an made a marker to see how much it was wobbling but eventualy i couldnt get it completely straight and ended up taking it to a bike shop with a truing stand i suggest just doin the best u can and maybe ull get it but its very hard its just best to get it as close as u can then pay the 8 bucks or so to get a professional finish it ... About that lacing pattern it looks cool as hell but im not to sure how strong it would be if u plan on doing some serious riding i dont think it would be bad for flatland but u would have to watch out for really hard landings with anything else especially street

I have my wheels both built up from the Gsport site, best lacing pattern ever.super stiff, no flex, plus the spokes will help protect your hub from missed grinds. go with that. also if you build a wheel right and tension each spoke the same like it says to do, the wheel wil need little to no trueing, mine needed none at all.
