sprained wrist?

My friend has sprained his wrist pretty bad after trying to do big bunnyhops. He's been waiting 2 weeks for it to heal but it hasn't gotten any better. He's wondering if anyone else sprained it before and how long it took to heal.
Thanks in advance.

I can't even begin to imagine how you could sprain your wrist doing nothing more than bunnyhops, but... yeah. Just tell him to go to Target and get a McDavid wristwrap.

It can take months - or longer - for sprains to start getting back to 100%. I sprained my ankle at a contest and it took well over a year for my ankle to really be stable again. I couldn't ride for at least a month. Then it was really slow going to get back up to speed on it.

I get like minor sprains all the time.. they usually hurt really bad, so I dont ride for at leats a week, then usually geta good wrapping and ride when its mostly better.
