Need help on BMX Bike

I have a 1996 Dyno VFR GT BMX Bike, I'm not sure if this is a vary good bike. I hate the tires because they can't even take a 3 stair jump without popping. I want something vary strong, and i dont care about how light it is. Something i can use for vert, street, flatland. Im not worring about dirt jumping right now since we dont even have a course to ride on. What would be a good bike to buy, or what kind of material frame should i get (chromoly steel, aluminum, titanium...) Thanks.

To help you on your tire popping problem, try using a thicker tube. And check to see if you have anything sharp stuck in the tire. You definitly want to use a crmo frame. Aluminum is typically used for racing, and they're not as strong. Titanium is expensive, and i dont know of many frames being made from it. I sware by Diamondback bikes. I just bought the 2005 D-back Orion. It's a great bike and it doesn't cost too much. I paid close to 400 dollars for it. I've had Diamondbacks my whole life and they all still work great. But that's just my opinion.
