how to do a manual

i know that u have to lean way back and pull up on the handlebars but i always have to pedal to get the front wheel off the ground. so i guess its not really a manual its a wheelie.

any tips on doing a manual or wheelie?

You dont have to lean waaay back, just find your sweet spot.. You need to work on lifting your front end.. not difficult if you try and you need to figure out the spot right between falling back and falling forward and stay there.. Just keep trying. Its not like an x-up.. You dont do it once and then its a trick you can automatically do all the time from that point on, its something you get better and better at the more you do it.. Just try to manual over and over again everytime you ride.
