it took me a long time but i finally completed my 11 pound bmx build and now i want to sell it. how much do you think a good price for it would be |
I'd keep it, unless you really need the money for paying bills ? Don't think anyone ever gets what they put into one, unless it's a brand new, unused bike out of a business and there's profit built into it ? Rule of retail, double the costs, maybe even pad the profit margin ?

Thats not 11 pounds...
If you've only got 11 Pounds into it, maybe you can make a profit and get 20 Pounds or so for it.

I don't believe it either. Maybe 21 pounds. It has u-brakes, so I'm guessing it's not an aluminum race frame which would still put it well over 11 pounds. Even if you put helium in the tires it's going to weigh more then that.

Pics of it on a scale or gtfo. Note his username is bluff.....

The wheels weigh probably 6 lbs themselves, 4 for the frame, 2 for the forks, 2 for the cranks, 3 for the bars and stem and maybe 2-3 for everything else. Doesn't add up to 11 lbs

even if you dont have a scale to take a fudged reading to try to fool us, i would LOVE to see the list of components.
Maybe you meant 11 kgs?
$5 shipped.
White cable housing is -2lbs per foot.
Even with only the one brake set up that way he is -20lbs! |
nice
****ty troll is ****ty
LOL. That's so not a genuine weight weenie's bike.
If he didn't confuse lbs and kg, and re was serious about this, I feel a trip to see him, with a swift kick to the teeth is in order. Also note that he's only posted one time....
11lbs is a lie, i have a **** load of titanium in my bike and it weighs like 20.
