If you are 6 that bike is awesome - otherwise, look at a 20" bike. That bike is designed for riders UNDER 4 feet 6 inches tall... REALLY little kids.
Haro makes a full range of bikes from entry level to near pro level. Some of their parts need some work, but generally you get good value for your money.
This is the THIRD TIME AT LEAST YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS: THAT BIKE IS FOR REALLY LITTLE KIDS!!!
BMX sizing is not the same as mountain bike sizing. Everyone on a bmx bike is riding 20" wheels. There are some who ride cruisers (24" wheels) and little kids ride pit bikes (12" - 16" wheels) - the rest of us ride 20" wheels which is the majority of Haro's lineup and what you should be on.

Look at www.harobikes.com for real details on their bikes.
Also make sure to check www.danscomp.com for good deals. What is your budget?
