weel leave a ramp and kick your frame round with your foot of choice then cock(yes cock)your arms kinda to get the frame round ,then try adn get your foot over teh frame,hope thats a help

use the front brake if u have any. or use ur foot to jam the wheel.

alright i think some people might be confused. are you talking about tailwhips, or whiping the bike to the side?
