180 Barspin help anyone?
Well i was trying 90 bars since i barely have regular hop bars and for some reason i keep over rotating, so i just started going for 180 bars instead. A few things happen though. One my knee goes forward when i spin (even without the barspin, i just noticed that i did that), also sometimes when i dont hit my knee its like i just cant spin the bars fast enough lol. The last is that i back out a lot lol XD

I tend to scrunch a bit on 180's too, its not super uncommon. Sort of a bad habit. But you should definitely make sure that you have both 180's and hop bars solid by themselves before really going for the combo. It will make it all the easier
And don't worry about the pussouts, everyone does that from time to time. Its called psyching yourself up mixed with confidence, both of which you'll get used to
