lean forward, rub ur foot, at teh right moment jam it while kicking the frame. Its a lot easier if u have front brakes. when the frame comes back lean back. also make sure the pedal is in the right position when u kick it. KICK IT!!
that waz the second trick i learnt... all u do is push against the frame and as the frame gets to a 90 degree angle lean forward and the frame will move faster and as it get to about a 180 degree angle lean back and it will spin faster so u dont have to balance as long. And as for gettin bak on to the bike just swing your leg out and over the top tube as it comes around.........that trick took me lots of practise.
