Contact Pat - email him through www.flatlandfuel.com and find out about shipping. He has ways to ship overseas that may end up making the cost less than buying a new Haro that isn't as good as the Signal right there in Croatia.
First email, then figure out if buying from Pat doesn't make as much sense as buying a Haro locally. No DB - period. Felt stuff is better, but none of their bikes are designed for flatland.
There is a new GT bike out that is not available in the USA that is really well designed for flatland, but I'm not sure how much it costs or if it is available to you.

..well i have no idea what to do..
..i contacted Pat and he said that the shipping rate for croatia is $250 and i think that is a bit too much ($250 for a $500 bike, and i still have to pay 22% taxes in my country)..
..any other ideas..

Try Paul's Boutique; they're based in the Netherlands so it will probably be cheaper.

That would be a nice bike to have man, good choice. What bike do you currently have? Or do you not have a bike.

The GT Encore of Finale are also excellent choices that really should be readily available to you. The Encore being a VERY well built complete flatland bike.
Dragonfly is dope though.
