Gyro Brake Adjustment

All my searches lead me to installation and barrel adjusting videos.................with all of the barrel adjusters maxed out, the cable that runs from the lever to the detangler is still loose. Is there any way to adjust at the splitter or do I need to replace?

You ended up with too long of a cable, can you score a shorter one?
