is this a good bmx

i'm a beginner and want to start with bmx. in my country's ebay (i live in europe) i saw a bmx on internet for 109euro, that is 150dollar. i don't want to spend to mutch but is this a good bmx for that price and what need to be repaired.

I honestly ride a bike i built from spare parts so my opinion may not matter to an experienced rider but from novice to newbie i think with a smaller sprocket that would be a good beginner bike.
