Also been reading about Mission of Burma in this great book I bought remaindered called Our Band Could Be Your Life which chronicles many underground '80's bands. Good read if interested in Fugazi, Minor Threat, Black Flag, Mission of Burma, The Replacements, Sonic Youth and other bands of that era. Cool to hear the history behind them and their origins and the difference between the industry then vs. now. Makes all these whiney bands of today sound what they a really are, whiney.

Also been listening to: Elliot Smith's Elliot Smith

I like this, too. It's good background music and also like listening to the echoes in your head.

By and large I dislike rap. I love this album. That should tell you something.

And to that end, now listening to Blazing Arrow ~ Blackalicious
