    Best band ever.

Here's what I've been working on/listening to today:

Sheryl's Magnetic Aura - Like You Mean It
    Blank - The ****ing Truth
    Jawbreaker - Ashtray Monument
Ordination of Aaron - You Too Can Be a Motion Picture Star (acoustic 7" version)
Rites of Spring - For Want Of
    Portrait - All My Chances
    Moonraker - Friendly Fire
    Braid - KatyKat
Rockets and Bluelights - We Bleed This in the Winter (minus the piano at the end)
    Plunger - Swallowtale
Moss Icon - Memorial (It Disappears 12" version...if the 7" version is even any different)
    Allure - I Think I Can
Ettil Vrye - Did the Flash Catch it in Time...?

The first 90 minute tape I've made in a while. It's extremely good -- great flow, pretty good variety, awesome song choice...too bad the Ettil Vrye song cuts off with about two seconds left. I'll probably record the b-side tonight.

George Clinton and P-funk's 11/1/1978 show and Widespread Panic's 10/31/2002 show I just finished downloading from Furthur.

I've got to catch George Clinton next year when they comeback to the 9:30 Club here in DC, I missed them lest October I think it was. I also need to catch a couple Panic shows this summer.

    Crass - Ten Notes on a Summer's Day 12"

I picked this up in a used bin today for $6. I'm pretty sure it's an original press...and therefore worth quite a bit of money. Quite a bit.

Two new singles by Bright Eyes. Man, this what Ryan Adams should have been.

I'm going to have to politely disagree with you on that one. If I never have to hear Bright Eyes, or Conor Oberst's voice in any context, that won't bother me one bit. On the other hand, "Rock n Roll" fell into the top ten albums I'm embarrased for having purchased this year...
