An EP's worth of horrible material, that is.

Anyway, I've been listening through the Bright Calm Blue 7", Raein's side of the split 7" with Funeral Diner, and the Funeral Diner 12" all day. Bright Calm Blue recorded some really good music before going sassy. The first song on Raein's side of this split is just...amazing. I wish I'd picked up on them back when they got a lot of hype; I could've easily gotten the LP, while now I'll have to struggle to find a copy. The Funeral Diner LP just shreeeds.

This is the lineup my mp3 player spit out when I got out of the shower after my crappy ride today:

Black Sabbath - Supertzar
Sound Garden - Face Pollution
Johnny Cash - The Legend of John Henry's Hammer
Apocalyptica - M.B.
The Bloodhound Gang - Take the Long Way Home
Static-X - Burn to Burn
Sepultura - Choke
Fear Factory - Cars
Lords of Acid - Dirty Willy
Slayer/Ice-T - Disorder

Made me feel much better. After that I ate and watched Mythbusters and South Park. 'Twas nice.

Diana Krall~The Girl in the Other Room

Some of her better stuff in years. Majority of the tnes are originals co-written w/hubby Elvis Costello......and you can hear the Elvis rolling through it.
