Support a RAAM Team and win a Speedvagen or a Spectrum Frame
Win a Made-to-Measure Speedvagen Frame and Fork and / or a custom Super Spectrum Ti Frame, Fork &, headset with a stock paint job. The raffle will end on April 15, 2009.
Team Cross-Country for Crohn’s (www.crosscountrycrohns.com) will be participating in the 2009 Race Across America as a mixed gender team with an average age greater than 50 years old. For more information about the race, please go to www.raceacrossamerica.org. The team’s goal is to raise $100,000 for Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA).
Here is your chance to contribute to Team Cross-Country for Crohn’s and possibly win one or two new bicycle frames. Each frame is being raffled off in a separate, but simultaneous raffle. To win two frames, the purchaser would have to buy at least one ticket for each raffle.
One raffle is for a made to measure Speedvagen Cyclocross frame and fork to be hand built in the Vanilla Workshop during August 2009. This includes a pro fitting with Molly Cameron, Speedvagen’s customer contact and pro cross racer for the Vanilla Racing Team. For more information about Speedvagen, go to www.speedvagen.com. The winner is responsible for transportation to and from the Vanilla Workshop in Portland, Oregon.
The second raffle is for a custom Spectrum Cycles Super Titanium Frame (with fork, headset, and a stock paint job) designed just for you by master designer and frame builder Tom Kellogg. For more information about the Spectrum Titanium Bicycles, please go to www.spectrum-cycles.com . Currently, there is a 6 month wait for a new custom frame. The winner is responsible for transportation to and from the Spectrum Workshop, also known as “The Barn” in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania.
Raffle Rules:
• A maximum of 360, $35 tickets will be sold for the made-to-measure Speedvagen.
o If 150 Speedvagen tickets are not sold then all proceeds from the Speedvagen raffle will be donated to CCFA
• A maximum of 360, $35 tickets will be sold for the custom Super Spectrum Ti
o If 150 Spectrum tickets are not sold then all proceeds from the Spectrum raffle will be donated to CCFA
• There is no limit on the number of tickets that an individual can purchase.
• To purchase a ticket you may use Paypal with the recipient as crosscountrycrohns@gmail.com or send a check to:
