Israel Bicycle Tour - 2009
Here is the Itinerary for "Cycle the Heights - a Bicycle Ride to Tour the Golan Heights with the Friends of the Israel Defense Forces", April 16 -25, 2009. The FIDF is a 4 star rated charity: https://www.charitynavigator.org/inde...ary&orgid=3734
Land Accommodations, EXCLUDING Air Fare, are $2249 per person, based upon double occupancy.
Included in the price is:
transportation costs to and from Ben Gurion Airport
all meals
lodging
van transfers
sag wagon
bicycle mechanic and drivers
tour guide
visits and entry fees to national parks, nature reserves, hot springs/spa, kayaking, snapelling/rappelling and sites of interest
visits and entry fees to national War Memorials
visits and tours of IDF bases
bicycle tour itinerary and 7 days of guided bicycle riding
unique BBQ dinners with IDF soldiers and special guests
visits to Har Gilboa, the Northern Border, Mt. Hermon, Banias Waterfall and battle sites
visit to an artist colony
optional spa treatments
optional jeep 4x4 tours
Air Fare is separate and must be arranged individually. The Friends of the Israel Defense Forces can provide a Travel Agent if necessary.
Prices are based upon a group size of 20.
A $500 deposit is required to hold your spot.
Itinerary is subject to change based upon conditions and availability.
