Little victories add up!
Just a note to share a bit of a victory. Today my honey had a Dr. Appt and her A1C is down by 2 points! The Doc was very excited and said that insulin would not be needed at this time! Whew, what a load off her mind!
She is gonna keep doing what shes doing with diet and exercise and I'm gonna do what I do, which is ride
