Healing Wheels Tour - Denver, Co
https://www.healingwheelstour.com/
The Healing Wheels Tour is a charity cycling event to benefit Inner City Health Center, a non-profit clinic providing medical and dental services to the un and underinsured population of Metro Denver. 100% of the proceeds go to Inner City Health Center.
This is not your every day ride. The Healing Wheels Tour is the superior early season training ride for those planning to ride the later mountain century and climbing rides as well as a great local charity ride that promotes medical and dental care and services to Denver’s low income and uninsured families. Riders will experience 100 Kilometers (62 miles--a "Metric Century") of scenic and challenging riding through and around Front Range landmarks and mountain towns, including Dinosaur Ridge, Red Rocks Park, Idledale, Kittridge, Evergreen Lake and the Brook Forest Inn. With 5000 feet of elevation gain in 62 miles, you will get a great start on training for the later season Triple Bypass, Courage Classic, Copper Triangle and other high mountain rides! And don’t forget our Family Ride through Bear Creek Lake State Park– perfect for recreational riders and a great family activity.
