Tour De Cure 2010 Philadelphia - Calling for light rain, how to prepare?

The ride tomorrow is calling for light rain in and out. How is everybody or anybody preparing? Is anybody changing the bike, wheels, or tires from which there were originally planning to ride on. I think I'll be out there on the Giant due to the rain, the tires are much more suited for the weather than the Race Lite's on the Specialized.

I was wondering if anybody is bringing lights or you think lights are a good idea if you have them?

See you out there hopefully!
