Creating a ride for the Epilepsy Foundation of Indiana - Need Advice & Guidance

Back Story:
These last two summers I've been using my bicycle as a way to get fit, and at the same time help raise money for charitable causes. I individually raised $1055 for the Bike MS ride in Wisconsin Aug 6-7, 2011.

As a result of my involvement my wife is finally motivated to get involved in something very close to our family. Specifically Epilepsy.

She was diagnosed when she was 6 years old, and unlike many children diagnosed she didn't outgrow her Seizures.

In doing some research it appears the closest Epilepsy ride to us in Central Indiana is middle Tn.

Get on with it already:
My Wife and I meet with the president of the Epilepsy foundation this week. We have the foundation's blessing to organize a ride that will benefit them and my wife and I would love to do this.

Would anyone here, especially if you're in the Indianapolis, IN area be willing/able to provide guidance on what it might take to get something like this off the ground? Please message me
