Benefit ride for Camp Lions
This is a ride sponsored by the Ogden, IL Lions Club to help pay for blind/legally blind and/or deaf or profound hard of hearing Illinois children to attend a summer camp. At this camp the children play the usual games, ride horseback, shoot archery, swim, play beep ball, etc. The kids love it because they say it makes them feel normal. The camp is free to qualified children.
The Club offers, 30, 60 and 100 mile easy to ride country roads. Sadly it is this weekend, June 14, 2014. But you can register up to 10:00 AM the day of the ride.
