A flying b on the drops of the handlebar. Is this a logo for Belleri? Any ideas?

A flying b on the drops of the handlebar. Is this a logo for Belleri? Any ideas?
Just like the title says: I pulled off the bar tape of these handlebars and came across the logo engraved on the left-hand drop along with "Made in France". The best I can describe it is as a flying b. All the other Belleri handlebars I've come across have had some pretty nice engravings on them but these are just plain except for what's shown on the drop.
