Early '80s Fujis
Looking to close on my commuter today and am drawn to a few Fujis on CL near me. Can anyone help with a sense check on price for these?
First one is an S-12S, not sure of the year, for $180:
58cm Fuji S-12 S 12 speed ready to ride 5'10 to 6'1
Next up is what looks to me like an '84 Del Rey, which I like for the Quad-butted Valite (I read somewhere that's lighter than double-butted and on par with Cro Mo for strength?) for $225:
Fuji del Rey 12-speed road bike w/ 23" (58.5cm) frame for 5'9" to 6'1"
And finally what looks to be a mid-70s S-10S (but I am basically guessing on this because there's so little information in the post) for $160:
Bike, Lock & Pump
I'm thinking to go look at the last one this afternoon but I'm not too familiar with the older Fuji's so not sure what I should be expecting for price.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated and I'll be sure to report back on what I end up taking home today!

All three bikes look pretty decent and those aren't bad prices for Boston.
I like the last one best as well given the price.
But that is a 25 inch frame; the other two are 58 cm bikes. That's a big difference. What size bike do you need?

Del rey looks the best, see if you can get it 160-180 but see how much rust on that tt, and offer accordingly. Last one may be a 61 but they run tall (had one). But the second seems most tuned/best components. Number 1 would be second choice even but needs wrap and hoods for sure.

I've got a 84 Fuji Del Rey and, a 72 Fuji Special Racer S-10-S. The old S-10's were nice but most of them were equipped with chrome steel wheels. By the early 80's all Fujis were being equipped with nicer Araya alloy wheels.

Thanks to everyone for all the advice. Will be looking at these and a $60 mid-70's Huffy Scout tomorrow. Will report back with what I get and then the fun will really start!

Still learning
62cm Fuji is for someone 6'3" or taller.
I'd go for the S12S because that seller seems to have a collection of reasonably priced and decently presented bikes on CL. Also, I like the ride of the S12S better, it feels more nimble than the Del Rey.
