Windsor Competition?
OK from internet searching this looks like a legit late 70's, maybe early 80's made in Mexico Windsor, Cinelli look alike. But I have not found any photos or catalogs that match the decals on this bike:
Has any one seen decals like these, and if so do you know anything about the frame they were on?
Thanks in advance.

Looks like a resprayed Windsor Competition to me, yet, much nicer than the standard silver with blue decals. My Windsor Competition's blue decals chip off very easily. This could mean mine and some others didn't get a clear coat after the decals were applied.
In the '70s some home refinishers used Leteraset. You'd go to a stationery store, select a typeface, size, colour and in a few days it would arrive at the store. Applying it wasn't easy. Each letter needed to be cut out of the sheet and applied to the frame. Supernatural care was needed to align the decals. After applying the Leteraset, a clear coat was mandatory, since the letters were so fragile.
Your bike looks much better than a standard competition.
