Can you help identifying this Columbus tubing frame?

I got this frame extra with a few other bikes, but I can't identify it. All I know is the frame number, it has Columbus tubes and it has that one decal 'ev.. something'. So basically not much. The bb shells are british threaded and the seatpost seems to be 27.0.. if that should help.

Some pictures:

Nice frame. I'd say late 80's to mid 90's due to the internal rear brake cable routing and semi-horizontal & short drop-out. It also looks like it was made by a large manufacturer due to the long and well-struck serial number.

Better answers should be along shortly. Thanks for posting.

Thank you for answering. I was guessing late 80's myself because the frame was used by an Estonian cycling team in the 90's. Unfortunately that's all the info I have. I tried to find more engravings on the frame, but there wasn't any (other than the frame number). So I'm guessing it's quite a longshot, but I hope to find the manufacturer.
