Peugeot Junior Mixte-Mystery?
I have a Peugeot Mixte that is a Junior sized bike. Here are the particulars I have about this bike:
Peugeot Junior Mixte:
Fork: Stamped on fork steering tube “Made in Japan TANGE 3H”
Front Derailleur: Huret
Rear Derailleur: Huret
Front Hub: Stamped “Normandy 45 74”
Rear Hub: Stamped “M 48 74”-[there is additional stamping that is hard to read letters I can make out are “A ? o m”]
Freewheel: Stamped on outer surface of freewheel “Perfect Maeda Industries LTD Japan QA [symbol?] 8 8 8” 5 speed 14,17,20,24,28
Rims/Spokes: New Velocity A23 with new spokes and rim tape
Shifter: Huret stem mounted friction
Stem: “CTA”
Handlebar: Stamped into handlebar “ATAX Guidons Phillippe FRANCO ITALIA D352” with wreath and racer on bike, Guidons Phillippe I presume
Seatpost: “Stronglight”
Number Stamped on Frame near Rear Lug: WOLM 42928
It has some surface rust, but the bearing cups for the headset while caked with dried grease have no rust on them (bottom bracket also is caked with grease haven't cleaned them yet to check if there is no rust, though from what I can see the caged bottom bracket bearings are shiny). The steel wheels and crank set were badly rusted so I have had the wheels rebuilt with new rims, spokes and hubs serviced.

Here are a few more detail pictures:
The label is damaged on the other side, but it looks like this bike would have been made sometime in 1982 (?), sadly the place of manufacture is the damaged part of the label. I have a set of nearly matching decals, as this is a project that is stalled and ready for someone else to take over, but what would be a value for this bike? Thanks for any help on valuing and identifying this bike.

Any thoughts on value? Or do I just part it out? I know the seat post and handlebars seem to have some market. Thanks for your thoughts.

Still learning
Looks to be early to mid 1980's M46, though derailleurs were Suntour. When the finished bike photos are shown, I would be glad to give an opinion of value.

I think @oddjob2 is correct on the M46 model. The decals look to be 1983, which matches the date of the fork. The 1983 model had Huret derailleurs.
The wheel set is not original, as all the dates on components are 1974.
The frame is from the Procycle Group in Canada which owned the Velo Sport name. The serial number does not seem to match well with other Procycle serial numbers. It may mean that Procycle did not manufacture the frame.
Can you post a picture of the serial number?
