Roswell is probably not an overly active vintage bicycle market, like Portland, Toronto, or NYC. Your bike is in nice original condition, except for the replacement saddle. I think the FMV is about $90 +/- 20%.

Yeah, it's a little bit of a bummer because I think I could easily get $250 for that bike in NYC, but I dunno about Roswell. I would price it at $150 and see what offers you get.

Since Citibikes, I think NYC demand has fallen for ownership.

That bike is so cool and clean. Put it out for $150 and also place an ad in Albuqurque. If someone wants a clean vintage 3 speed, they might just be willing to do the drive.

I would ask $200 since it is exceptionally clean and with all the original documentation.

$150 would be fair and perhaps more realistic, depending on the market. I had a Hercules 3 speed of about that vintage when I was a kid. Great bikes.
