Cannondale something value?
A guy wants me to make him an offer on this but I think I need more info. What model is this one? It looks like it's been converted to a single speed since the shifters and derailleurs are gone...

It's an early road frame, maybe 1984-1986. Worth maybe $200 as it sits, if the bearings and frame are good.

I would say it's early 80's RS series frame set can't really tell exact model since components are changed or gone. With the not so great half done SS I would say it's worth about $150-175 as presented if the frames good and it has no major issues. Figure on spending a $100 or so to sort things out and make it properly geared bike or nicely setup SS.

One of the top tube cable guides appears to be missing. My experience is that they are impossible to find.

I went ahead and picked it up for $50. I figured pretty much any Cannondale is worth that lol.

I had a 25 Inch 600 that was a beautiful powder blue, lettering in white, and had a hell of a time selling it. I would have kept it were it my size. I was asking $250, and finally got $200.

Still learning
The OP @BicycleMonkey paid $50, which is FMV IMHO. I have paid less for a complete ST400.

That's what I was thinking too --- I know you cant compare FMV to a couple of out-lier deals here and there, but I have picked up a handful of fully operational C'dales over the last couple of years for less than $200 (occasionally quite a bit less)
YEs -- yes it is , provided it doesn't have any prominent dents ---- that's about all I would want to pay as well -- maybe $100 if I really wanted it
