    Trek ladies bicycle

    hi, I am wondering if anyone could PLEASE help me with the value of my Trek. I bought it in mid to late 90's. It has "850" and the words "Mountain Track" on the frame. It says "full cro molly" on it. It says 14.5"/ 37cm frame. It says "26 x 2.0 trek cliff hanger" on the tires. It also says in very small letters in 2 places on the bike "shimano ALIVIO".

    I paid about $300.00 + for it.

    I don't have a pic at this time to put up. It was hardly ridden(maybe 20 times max, locally) and still looks new except for a small tear in the seat from storing it all these years. It is a beautiful turquoise color and the tires look Brand New still. There are no scratches in the paint whatsoever, at least none visible to the eye. I cleaned it up so well that it looks like it has never been ridden.

    Thank you for reading and I hope you can help me. I plan to sell it because I have not been able to ride it for the last 11 years due to my disability.

    A quick check of Craigslist shows most 850's are offered for around $100.

    +1 Not vintage.

    Depending on your area, $100 to $125. Torn seat is a negative, people will assume bike has been neglected. Around here, I would clean it up, put on a thrift store seat, and list it on C/L for $125.

    Cromoly frame is a plus, 14.5 inch frame size is a negative (thats a really small frame).

    thank you thank you, thanks so much everybody;
    I think i have it sold for $125.00. She's supposed to call me Sunday. So now i know, that at least i'm not selling it too cheap and not ripping anyone off.

    Because of your advice, i will throw in the helmet, gloves and bike pump.
