Picture of mystery Raleigh
This is the "mystery" Raleigh I asked about in another post. I'd like to make an offer this week and would appreciate any advice. The stainless wheels are in very good condition as is the chrome.
Thanks in advance for any advice you may offer.

I am not expert but I believe that isa DL-1? I suspect the rims are chromed steel rather than stainless. Great looking bike. There should be a date of manufacture on the rear hub.

The saddle, grips and rack all appear to be circa 1975. It appears to have 26" wheels and be a 3speed. If it was the right size, it might be a good buy.

This bicycle found me. I was not looking for one of these and I simply want to offer a fair price or return it to it's dusty loft home.
Any ideas on a ballpark figure?

Still learning
I've seen DL-1's listed between $135-$300. Low end of price range models may have some rust, but are otherwise complete. Top end are for very clean riders, often with a sprung Brooks saddle.
