Basso Lugged Frame
Looking for some info on this bike, including a fair value. It's my neighbor's, all I can tell is it is a lugged frame, Columbus tubing I believe, semi horizontal drops. Shimano 600 components. The bike is in riding condition.

Take off the reflectors and lights and those time-trial bars, raise the seat a bit, lower the stem and take some good photos against a white wall and your neighbour can get $600 for it on eBay, no problem.
Be sure that the photos are of the drive side and that you identify everything...the rims look like Mavics?
