Raleigh Value?
https://salem.craigslist.org/bik/1432269929.html
I know this is not Classic or Vintage, but I was hoping someone could tell me what a person should expect to pay for this bike? It retails for over $900 and the guy was asking $300 yesterday. He said he really needs the money. Would it be something to sell when the weather gets nicer for in the $600 range? I think it's my size too. Thanks!

+1$300 is a really good deal. Around here, in prime season, it would probably sell for $400 to $450.

Make sure it's legit and everything is on the level regarding the bike's origins.
I'm not saying there's anything wrong here by the look of it, but just make sure it seems like the legitimate owner.
